We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jess, our first therapy dog at Pet Respect.
Jess spent nearly a decade of her life with Pet Respect as an Animal Assisted Therapy dog.
She provided Animal Assisted Therapy to thousands across East Yorkshire, and must have seen well over 100,00 people in her lifetime across all the Pets in the Park events, Veterans Weekend, Driffield Show and the list goes on.
She must have easily visited over 35,000 pupils for school workshops and therapy sessions too.
She gave joy to everyone she met, she treat everyone equally, she entertained everyone on a daily basis and most of all she showed love and affection to all.
Animals are the most amazing creatures, cherish them, respect them and most of all learn from them.
We are so proud of her achievements along with her desire and commitment to providing love and affection to all.
Jess – September 2006 to June 2020
