Celebration of Buddy’s Life

We are saddened to say that our therapy dog and wonderful pet, Buddy, was put to sleep on Friday 3rd July.

His owner and our co-founder, Kim, has written a few words below:

“I am writing this sobbing my heart out as my beautiful boy was put to sleep on Friday 3rd July.
He was diagnosed with lymph cancer end of April.
I never wanted children so my dogs are as special to me as your children are to you.
As much as I have loved all of my other dogs; Buddy was extra special as he came to work with me as a therapy dog.

Children loved to watch his tricks and he helped them build their confidence.
He was very cheeky and would steal other dogs treats.
He taught Bonnie how to do the puzzle games and he grew to love his ‘sister’.

Me and Pete feel lost without him the house feels so empty. He was such a character.
He continued to play with his washing line up until the end…Pete set one up inside for him!

He was well loved by many people, you know who you are.
Thank you my boy for being the best xxx
