It is with great sadness that we have to be sharing this news with you all.
Elaine Johnson passed away on Monday, the 5th of May, which was such a shock to us all.
We worked with her every week for 4 years (when she joined Pet Respects team), she was always happy, never wanted to let anyone down and certainly had, in Elaine’s words, “the gift of the gab”, making her such a warm and welcoming soul to be around and engage with.
Elaine, along with her Bernese mountain dog Sybil, were a beloved and popular team for Pet Respect, so this is a real loss not just for our team but ALL who met her.
Many children and teachers have expressed their sorrow, and we are all touched by the empathy shown over the past 2 weeks without her company.
We are all heartbroken and still expect to see her waiting for us to start a session, as she adored the work, but we have to be grateful for all our memories of this wonderful lady. We are so lucky to have known her and will continue the work we did together.
Our thoughts, love and respect are with her nearest and dearest.
